Do I need a Mito Plus membership?
Yes. A Mito Plus membership is required to unlock the full MitoCollar experience.
While you can download the app and create an account, an active membership is required to access treatment protocols, connect your device, track treatment history, and manage your pet's wellness journey.
What does Mito Plus include?
Mito Plus provides access to treatment protocols, treatment scheduling, treatment history, device connectivity, app updates, member-only offers, and ongoing enhancements to the MitoCollar experience. That creates a much clearer distinction between the app and the membership, which seems to be the source of the confusion today.
