Each MitoCollar™ pairs with one pet profile in the app, so sessions are recorded under the currently paired dog’s profile. For multi-dog households, we recommend a collar for each dog to keep individual routines and session histories separate.
Can I switch a MitoCollar™ to another dog’s profile?
Yes. You can disconnect the collar from the first dog’s profile and reassign it to another dog. However, the app is designed for one active pet profile per collar, so frequently switching between dogs may be less convenient than using a separate collar for each dog.
